If you’ve been following us, or visited us in the last few week, you might have noticed that we have recently just launched our first “Drop & Go” counter in car park 2, Desa Parkcity.
This post today will aim to answer some of the more common questions asked by our customers.
- Q: Is Drop & Go safe? Where are you bringing my car to, and is it covered in the event of accident?
A: Your car is safe with us. All of our Drop & Go customer need not worry as it is covered by our panel insurance, and during transit back to Wearnes Autohaus Service in Segambut, only our trusted long term drivers are mobilized. We also use trade plate during transit, therefore any traffic offences will also be borne by us!
- Q: How long is normal service? And how do I settle the payment?
A: For vehicles dropped off at Drop & Go before 10am, the vehicle will be ready and will return on the same day itself. Customer will be able to collect the car right up until 7pm, and you can simply pay at our collection point. Customers will also be constantly notified on the progress via SMS/Whatsapp.
- Q: Do you also take in my car for other services apart from normal maintenance service?
A: Yes! We are also able to take your car in for other type of services, think of it as an extension of our service center instead of just a collection point. Here are the other type of services you can book us for:
4. Q: Is my car park fee taken care of?
A: I’m glad you asked, it’s 100% taken care of by us! Just drive in and drop your keys off, we’ll be taking care of everything from that point onwards.
